How to make home made bread

Watch this step by step video to make a perfect loaf of bread!

This is a simple white bread recipe that I use with my Zojirushi bread machine. Delicious for sandwiches, toast or your favorite Italian dish. Hope you enjoy it.

The ingredient list here is  slightly different than the video- sometimes I use a little more water and milk- start with the listed ingredients first- then if you need to add more moisture the next time you'll know how to adjust it.

1.3 cups whole milk
1/3 cup water
2.5 tablespoons sugar
1.5 tablespoons butter
1.25 teaspoons salt
3.1/3 cups bread flour
2 teaspoons bread machine yeast

Add ingredients to your bread machine as listed in this order. Put your machine on dough setting.Check in 30 mins. to make sure consistency is correct- after dough setting is finished remove your dough place on floured cookie sheet and knead into desired shape. Cover with cotton towel and place in warm location to let it finish raising -35 minute. Heat oven to 350 degrees- bake for 35-38 mins. Tap your bread and if it sounds hollow inside- it's done- remove from cookie sheet and let cool completely before cutting.
Enjoy!!!

If anyone is interested in any other bread recipes ie. cinnamon raisin, rye, pumpernickel, brown bread, french bread, pizza dough etc. I have lots of tried and true recipes. Let me know and I will post them for you.
